Remove personal Microsoft account and only use Office 365 & associated email

I would like to remove my personal Microsoft account from my work pc and use my Office 365 "Work" account. Removing the personal Microsoft account appears difficult or impossible without restoring the pc.   Is there a workaround that does not involve restoration?

Defrag and Optimize Drives – WIN 10 – Problem.

My Data D: Drive is a 2T HDD Internal Drive.  It has always been set to Optimize automatically once a week.  It has always shown as 0% Fragmented until yesterday.  Now it shows 70% Fragmented “needs Optimization”.  I’ve manually run that program a dozen
times and it continues to say 70% Fragmented.  I have 2.5 GB on this 2TB HDD.  What’s happening with this “Optimize” program?  I added nothing to the drive before this problem began.

Chrome will start but not maximize on Windows 10

I’m having trouble with Chrome on Windows 10.  I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but here’s what happens:

When I run Chrome, the application appears in the task bar, and mousing over the app shows a miniature of the window I want open.  Clicking on it, however, doesn’t maximize it, nor does using windows-tab to switch to it.  (In fact, Chrome doesn’t even
appear in the windows-tab list of open applications, though it’s clearly running in the task bar.)

I’ve restarted, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled – from updated installers each time – and I can’t figure out what’s going on.  Any ideas?

I think I’m running the newest version of Chrome, as I’ve used the latest updaters.  I do use a few extensions, with Boomerang being the last one to have been added.

I’m running Windows 10 Home v. 1607 (build 14393.321), and have applied all the updates the updater would find.  It’s a HP Envy 15 x360 with 8 gigs of ram and an Intel Core i7 processor.

Anyone got any ideas?  Glad to supply more information on request!

Why do my categorized emails disappear when I hit the quick step?

I am trying to stay organized in my MS Outlook.  I use MS Live mail.  I have added a couple of mail folders and categories.  I have setup several quick steps to immediately deal with an email.  Once an email comes into my inbox, I decide which quick step
to choose.  The quick steps that move the mail to a folder, flag it for follow up, and categorize it as red, yellow, blue cause the email to disappear.  It will show in my task pane for follow up for about 2 seconds then completely disappears from the task
pane and also from the folder that I moved the mail into.  Can’t find the email anywhere.  I know I’m missing something but I simply can not figure it out.  Help please.

Changing Admins on my laptop

I was given my son’s used laptop where he was the administrator.  Somehow he removed himself and I have ended up with two accounts on the same laptop, but only one has Admin privileges.  I need to switch the admin status to the OTHER user account, but
it doesn’t show up when I try to change admins.  How do I get this silly thing to let me change admin status to the OTHER account, please?  I’ve got software on the first account that won’t update using the second account.
